If a refund is the answer, let me do it from my end. If you contest a charge with your CC company, I get reamed with documentation charges, penalties etc. Also my percentage fee on charges goes way up due to chargebacks. Kinda like the way getting a bunch of speeding tickets screws with your insurance premiums.
